His theory closely revolves around the real world, asking how we should have a good life and if life is not good, what is the crux of the problem? In his book Social Acceleration: A New Theory of Modernity, Rosa elaborated his critical theory of social acceleration, attributing the reason why people's life is not good in modern society to time. The Birth of New Alienation: An Outline of Socially Accelerated Critical Theory is a popular reading of his masterpiece Social Acceleration: A New Theory of Modernity. In the book, Rosa discusses the reasons for the acceleration of modern society in various aspects and the troubles caused by acceleration, and Rosa also explains the relationship between his accelerated critical theory and the previous three generations of critical theory.
